Supervision for Spiritual Directors
Are you a spiritual director in need of a supervisor? I would love to have a conversation with you. Working with other spiritual directors in a supervision setting has become one of my great loves. In fact, I find watching other directors grow and thrive in their practices every bit as rewarding as offering spiritual direction and mentoring myself.
By way of background, I began offering supervision for spiritual directors, both individually and in groups, in 2002. My supervision training is from Lucy Abbot Tucker, a well-known spiritual director, teacher and supervisor of spiritual directors. (FYI, Lucy offers supervision training through Spiritual Directors International.)
Regarding cost, I offer discounted supervision to new directors for the first year after completion of their training to allow them affordable supervision while they build their practices.
Interested in group supervision? I also work with groups of 3 to 4 individuals for facilitated peer supervision. For many spiritual directors, this a great way to develop community with peers while also reducing the cost of supervision.
